I approach my work with openness and compassion. I align with my clients through a non-judgmental lens, inviting an opportunity to share in a safe and nurturing manner. As a holistic and integrative practitioner, I draw from a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Interpersonal, Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Mindfulness. I also integrate neuroscience strategies to help rewire the brain from engaging in negative thought patterns in order to develop healthy, adaptive thinking patterns that promote resiliency, emotional regulation and improved management of stress.
I consider my therapeutic approach humanistic, strengths-based and collaborative to best meet the unique needs of my clients and to concentrate on personal strengths rather than on pathology.
