Intake Process

Our first session will involve an evaluation of your needs.  By the end of the evaluation, I will be able to offer you some first impressions of what our work will include and assist in the development of your treatment plan.  

 

Follow Up Sessions

I typically schedule one 50-minute session per week at a time we agree on, although some sessions may be longer or more frequent based on need. To take full advantage of the therapeutic process, participating in weekly sessions is the key to success as this offers a commitment to healing and growth.

Intake Process

I currently do not accept insurance but can provide a "super bill" that can assist you in receiving reimbursement for my services from your insurance company.  Please contact me to obtain more information about my fee rate and how a super bill works.  

Accepted Payment Methods Include: Cash, check, and major credit cards. 

*I am open to discussing sliding scale rates as long as there are verifiable financial difficulties. 

Between-Session Support

My clients are encouraged and greatly benefit from setting intentions between sessions to cultivate ongoing growth, self-care and progress towards identified treatment goals. I also provide resources and literature to support the emotional, spiritual and physical movement clients are pursuing.

Office Hours

I offer flexible daytime and weekend hours to compliment the busy nature of work, school, parenting and extracurricular activites.

 

Telehealth/Online Sessions

I am able to provide sessions through interactive audio, video and telephone communications to support the needs of clients.
